Shashank Kulkarni (Director & CEO) is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from COEP- 1983 batch. He has worked in production department in PMT(TRAUB), Bajaj Auto, Atlas Copco, ISMT before starting Nikash CNC in 1995.
With a solid background in manufacturing he has steadily grown the company and focused on low volume precision component manufacturing.
He is the founding director of Ahmednagar Auto and Engineering Association (AAEA) an Engineering cluster under MSME. He has coordinated implementation of ILO’s “SCoRE” a Lean Manufacturing program in 16 industries in Ahmednagar, MSME’s Lean manufacturing program for 32 industries. Presently he is also the CIO of TLC (Teaching and Learning Community) of Ahmednagar city. TLC is in helping of MSME to run their organizations efficiently and effectively, having a base of over 1500 members.
He is now focusing on having exponential growth and would like to touch 100cr turnover by 2030.
